May 17, 2016– AUI crews have been working for the past few months to re-build the Catwalk Trail suspended metal walkways and bridges, as well as refurbish the adjacent parking lot and trails. The previous catwalks were destroyed by flooding in 2014, forcing the closure of the area for safety reasons. The Glenwood Ranger District has announced that the Trail will re-open on Saturday, May 28th at 10:00 a.m.
