On March 31, 2017, AUI was awarded an AGC New Mexico Best Building Award in the Municipal and Utilities category for our project replacing a portion of NM 47. Working closely with the NMDOT, AUI upgraded the outdated 4 lane rural highway with a new 5 lane urban roadway, including new sidewalks, bike lanes, a dedicated turning lane, and a new pervious concrete storm drain system. Thank you to all the AUI employees and subcontractors who made this project a success.
